Vacancy: Customer care/Receptionist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responds to customer web inquires regarding online merchandise or service orders
- Assist customers with product selection answers basic question
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries
- A customer care service personnel need to have a good communication skill and computer skill as well
- Must have sale abilities in cases where customers ask about a particular product , the customer care service manager makes suggestion.
REQUIREMENT
- Applicant must be female
- Applicant must be from 23 years and above
- Must have a working experience
- Must be a good communicator
- Must be conversant with computer
